Terms & Conditions for Ceremony Bookings:
Booking
Once a booking is made and a package agreed, an invoice will follow. Payment is due according to the terms on the invoice and the due dates agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do have a cancellation policy in place.
Because dates get booked so far in advance, if you cancel your booking within 6 months of the ceremony date, you will still be charged at the full package rate, even if payment has not yet been received at that point.
In the event of the Celebrant being incapacitated, a replacement will be found at no additional cost to yourselves. Please note that Affinity Celebrant is not responsible for further consequential costs or any travel related expenditure resulting from a replacement celebrant unless agreed in advance with AC).
Security
Personal possessions are the sole responsibility of the couple and their guests and Affinity Celebrant accepts no responsibility for anything that is lost or stolen from the venue. Couples and guests are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
Intellectual Property
The customer warrants that they shall only use Affinity Celebrant’s materials for their own purposes and shall not, without prior written consent, copy, make available, reproduce, sell, disseminate, licence, distribute, publish or otherwise circulate Affinity Celebrant’s materials to any other person or entity.
Further Terms & Conditions:
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions which take effect on the date from which you first use the site. Affinity Celebrant (AC) reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of AC.
You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the material contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

Affinity Celebrant reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as maybe required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
